At Hilltop Beef, raising cattle isn't just what we do-it's who we are.
For five generations, our family has been rooted in agriculture, raising cattle, caring for the land, and passing down the values of hard work, honesty, and stewardship. Hilltop Beef grew from our desire to share the fruits of our labor and provide families in Northern Colorado and beyond with beef they can feel confident serving at their own tables.
We believe you should know where your beef comes from, who raised it, and the quality you're getting for your hard-earned money.
What Makes Our Beef Different?
We're proud to be one of only 20 Certified Angus Beef® Ranch to Table providers in the United States, and the only one in Colorado.
This means we're among a select group of ranchers authorized to offer qualifying Certified Angus Beef® directly from our ranch to your freezer.
Not all Angus beef earns the Certified Angus Beef® label. Our beef must meet the brand's strict quality standards to qualify, giving you added confidence in the tenderness, juiciness, and flavor you expect.
We carefully select our Angus genetics, manage our cattle's health and nutrition, and invest in USDA quality grading because we believe the details matter.
Our goal isn't simply to raise cattle. It's to raise beef we're proud to put on our own family's table and yours.
