Hilltop Beef was born from a desire to bless our Northern Colorado community and beyond with the fruits of our labor. Our goal is to connect people to their food by offering a safe, local, and convenient way to stock their freezers with high-quality beef raised right here in their own backyard.

As a 5th-generation family deeply rooted in the beef industry, we bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to every step of the process. In recent years, we’ve shifted our focus toward raising registered Angus cattle, prioritizing traits that improve both the animal and eating experience. We're proud to be one of the few ranches that provide you with Certified Angus Beef ® directly from our farm.
