Refund policy

At Hilltop Beef, we take pride in raising Certified Angus Beef® that meets our family’s high standards for quality. Because beef is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once your order has been picked up or delivered. To keep things clear, here’s how refunds and cancellations work:

Deposits

  • All deposits are non-refundable
  • A deposit secures your beef share and is applied toward your final balance.

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once cattle have been delivered to 307 Meat Company and processing has begun.
  • If you do not pay your invoice within 5 business days, your order may be canceled and your deposit forfeited.

Refunds

  • Because beef is perishable, we do not issue refunds once beef has been picked up or delivered.
  • If we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances (such as animal loss prior to harvest), a full refund of your deposit will be issued.

Quality Guarantee

  • All beef is USDA-inspected and processed at 307 Meat Company in Laramie, WY.
  • While marbling, tenderness, and yield may vary by animal, we stand behind the care, genetics, and integrity that go into every beef we raise.
