1. Reserve Your Beef Share

Secure your spot by placing a $200 non-refundable deposit directly through our website.
This deposit holds your share and is applied toward your final bill.

2. Harvest & Next Steps

Once your beef is harvested, you’ll receive an email with three important next steps:

Choose Your Pickup Option

  • Free pickup at 307 Meats in Laramie, WY
  • $25 local delivery per quarter to Hilltop Hay & Livestock on a scheduled date. Delivery fees will be added to your final invoice.

Pay Your Final Invoice

You’ll receive a custom invoice based on your animal’s exact hanging weight, so you only pay for the beef you actually receive. 

Customize Your Cuts

Inside the same email, you’ll find a link to submit your cutting instructions directly to 307 Meats.
Not sure what to choose? Their website offers helpful guides, or feel free to contact us anytime. We’re happy to help you choose cuts that fit your cooking style.

You’ll also receive an invoice to pay 307 Meats directly for processing fees, which vary depending on your custom selections.

3. Pickup & Enjoy

Once everything is ready, pick up your beef at your selected location and enjoy knowing exactly where your beef came from, and how it was raised.
