This deposit reserves your spot for a quarter of beef. It is nonrefundable.
If you’d like a half, please select two quarters, and for a whole beef, select four quarters.

The final price will vary depending on the animal's weight, your specific cutting instructions and beef pricing is priced off of national market price.

After your animal is sent to processing, you’ll receive a QuickBooks invoice for the remaining beef payment. You’ll also submit your cutting instructions and processing payment directly to 307 Meat Company.
