Deposit Customizable "Prime" Certified Angus Beef Quarter

Products of Hilltop Beef undergoes rigorous USDA inspection and grading, with labels clearly indicating the specific quality grade. Furthermore, Hilltop is distinguished as one of only 20 ranches across the nation authorized to apply the Certified Angus Beef logo to products meeting all 10 CAB specifications, allowing us to deliver directly from our ranch to your home via the Ranch to Table program.

This deposit reserves your spot for a quarter of beef our Hilltop Ranch to Table Prime Certified Angus Beef.  It is nonrefundable.
If you’d like a half, please select two quarters, and for a whole beef, select four quarters.

The final price will vary depending on the animal's weight, your specific cutting instructions and beef pricing is priced off of national market price.  Summer 2026 pricing is $6.00/lb on the hot carcass weight (HCW) paid to Hilltop Beef.  You will also incur the cost of processing at 307 Meat Company located in Laramie, Wyoming.  Processing is typically $1.40-$1.60/lb of HCW based on your selections.  The hot carcass weights per quarter usually average 200-260 lbs. After your animal is sent to processing, you’ll receive an invoice through Shopify for the remaining beef payment typically 14-18 days following the harvest date. At that time you will get information from us to submit your cutting instructions directly to 307 Meat Company. Once your beef is packaged, boxed and frozen, 307 will email you an invoice and notify that your beef is ready for pickup.   

Hilltop offers delivery of your boxed beef to their farm at Fort Collins in their freezer trailer, there is a $25 per quarter fee for this option.  You can choose this before final payment of your beef to Hilltop Beef.
